Embroidery Workshop - Beaded Embroidery Collage

Thursday, June 18th from 6pm-8:30pm

Skill Level: Confident beginners and above.

Beaded embroidery collage! The table will be set with beads, buttons, yarn, embroidery floss - everything you need to create a completely unique work of art. We will go over basic hand embroidery stitches, beading onto fabric, and other fun embellishments.

Bring something you already own to add a sparkly touch to, or pick out some fabric scraps to use as your base during this evening workshop. Medium to light weight materials work best to make sure you can easily get the needle through the fabric.

Instructor Bio: I started working with fibers as a way to expand my mixed media paintings, and it soon became one of my favorite parts of art! The only fiber art I haven’t tried (officially, although I have plenty of needles) is knitting.
